As the second most populated country, India is characterized as one of the world’s largest industrial nations. Aside from its economic wealth, India is also known to have a high rate of untreated autism cases. Of the 1.2 billion people in India, it is estimated that approximately 10 million are living with autism. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), one in every 88 children today is born with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) as opposed to one in every 110 children from just a few years ago. With numbers like these along with the lack of behavioral health resources and diagnostic tools for autism, many individuals end up falling through the cracks with no pathway for autism treatment.

Although there are organizations that assist families with resources and services, such as the Action for Autism , the amount of financial and emotional assistance around the nation is little to none. Hope Out Loud is here to assist families in providing them with long term aid such as teaching families ABA techniques and providing them with emotional support. In addition, we provide educational programs that equip local teachers and parents with behavioral management strategies. By joining hands with government officials and other non-profit organization, we are able to provide families with the necessary support, resources, and understanding needed to help families affected by autism succeed.
